Summary: - Point of contact for all BA&C; related activities - the regional consolidation, analysis and synthesis of the CHC budget, forecast, and actuals. - business partner support to all CHC department (structure/opex) spending. - detailed analysis and support of all cost of good sold and opex, accruals. - working with broader Global BAC team on reporting, analysis and synthesis, including on strategic support for special projects - other activities and deliverables such as preparing budget presentations, financial presentations. - This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. Main duties and Responsabilities: - Strong parteniring with local Finance Performance Head in all BA&C; activities - Coordinate the annual budget and financial forecasting process in partnership - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance - Review Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis - Perform primary review of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial reports and associated analyses - Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes - Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis - Review and analyze SISO Monthly Reporting for the US CHC Business with supporting commentaries for trends - Support and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses - Other tasks and duties as delegated by the BA&C; Head - Monitor cash flow escalating any significant variances. Requierments: Educational background - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Finance is required. - MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Professional experience - 7+ of work experience preferably in Corporate Finance or Accounting environment. High level of financial information systems knowledge: preferably JDE, SAP, TM1 and HFM. Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
