You will lead onboarding and orientation sessions designed to engage employees and welcome them to the LYNXUS family. - Deliver creative and interactive training courses in the areas of positive communication, customer service, team building, product training, etc. - Assess training effectiveness to ensure that employees are incorporating new skills and techniques into their daily work to reach successful outcomes. - Work with managers to provide individual coaching or re-training for team members as needed. - Team player with proven ability to excel in a team-based environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on high-energy, and engaging facilitation skills. - Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate). - Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods. - Thirst for new knowledge and always be on the top tier of knowledge. - A desire for improvement, receive and providing feedback is something you should be on the lookout for. - **Salary and conditions**_ - C1 level of English - Experience in a BPO, call center, or logistics environment is a plus - Knowledge of gamification and new methods of teaching is desired - Day shift only **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - Do you have commercial abilities in English?
