Requirements - An English speaker (B2) level 80% and Portuguese (C1) level 90%, who's empathetic, responsible, and proactive. - A good listener who likes helping others to resolve issues on the first interaction. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, IT, Web Tech Support, and PIXEL and API. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to work with different cultures, learn new things, and grow as a professional.
