System Reliability Specialist As a System Reliability Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our platform. You will work closely with a team that strives to identify, respond to, and mitigate platform incidents. Your job will involve being a first responder to alerts, monitoring products for issues, prioritizing and triaging them, and assessing client impact. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Responding to platform alerts and escalating incidents to responsible individuals - Monitoring products for issues and prioritizing their resolution - Collaborating with engineers to develop mitigation tactics and improve processes To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex data sets to gather critical information. You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, Graylog, Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Opensearch, and will be familiar with system administration tasks. Additionally, you will need to be able to speak fluently to clients and colleagues alike, and have a high degree of independence.
