Job Title: Floral Department Leader The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective operation of the floral department, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exemplary service and implementation of company policies. - Address customer complaints promptly and professionally. - Receive, process, and deliver Florist Transworld Delivery orders in a timely manner. - Coach and train personnel on pricing, inventory management, and customer courtesy. - Support the Customer 1st culture by providing exceptional customer experiences. - Plan, organize, direct, and control department activities to achieve business objectives. - Oversee receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all floral products. - Order supplies and materials to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent waste. - Maintain accurate records and reports, using data effectively to inform decision-making. - Ensure a clean and organized work environment. - Continuously analyze department performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Communicate and promote company initiatives and process improvements to team members. - Supervise and coach direct reports, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
