**JOB SUMMARY**: The Human Resource Lead (Latam) is responsible for the overall execution of HR processes and systems such as but not limited to onboarding and offboarding process, recruitment partner management, training, employee engagement, and performance management - for staff in Colombia & Argentina. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks and providing support to both employees and management. The role assists the HR Director in strategic HR Planning, Project Management, and discussions amongst the team and HR Operations. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: **ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING**: - Coordinates and arranges the New Hire Orientation schedule of the starters. - Conduct the onboarding session with the starters. - Sends and monitors the submission of post-orientation documents and secure acknowledgment. - Assists in collecting and compiling the pre-employment requirements - Works with office partners to ensure staff are set up and able to work effectively - Facilitates and manages offboarding process such as but not limited to sending offboarding notices, processing, and routing of clearance forms, Conducting Exit Interviews **PAY and BENEFITS / TOTAL REWARDS** - Ensures accuracy of data to be provided with partner Vendor for payroll processing. - Review payroll processing from Vendor prior to disbursement to staff. - Ensures government compliance **PERFORMANCE & DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT**: - Facilitates the preparation, sending, and monitoring of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Corrective Action (NCA). - Helps in preparing documentary requirements for the Performance Improvement Plan, Show-Cause Memo, and Termination Notice. **TRAINING**: - Assists in implementing and facilitating training programs. - Facilitates releasing and sending out training certificates/s as needed. **EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT**: - Takes part in recommending, assisting, and implementing employee activities.- Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation as needed. - Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses remain within the approved limits. - Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with local suppliers to secure the best deals. - Keep a pulse of employee engagement and work to foster a positive work environment - Organize welcome packs to be sent to staff when they join. **RECRUITMENT PARTNER MANAGEMENT**: - Serve as the primary contact between recruitment agencies and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. - Review profiles submitted by recruitment agencies to confirm suitability based on client requirements and organizational standards. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, local regulations, and best practices in each market. **REPORTS/Other Tasks**: - Manages the job offer monitoring file. - Provides daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports relating to employee/staff including Attrition reports, Status Change Reports, etc. **Requirements**: **QUALIFICATIONS**: **Experience**: - At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR practitioner. Experience in an HR Generalist role or Supervisor role is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication skills, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. - Previous experience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through the implementation and the execution. - Strong technical and analytical skills, problem-solving and resolution skills. - Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks is required. - Patient and passionate. - Organized with online and physical files. - Keen eye for details - Exceptional Employee Service & Satisfaction mindset **Benefits** Compensation: Up to $2000 USD, depending on skills and experience.
