Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical, accountable, dynamic & people’s person to join us as an Lead - Quality (CE Power BI / MIS Analyst) to be responsible for overseeing the customer deliverables, process maintenance & improvement, and people management as a part of service delivery. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you! **Leads in this role get to**: **Keep Management Updated**: Maintain ontime report delivery and establish realizable deadlines to meet targets **Impact the Bottom Line**: Transition existing excel reports in Power BI **Define Sutherland’s reputation**: Prepare Metrics/KPI reports and interact with support groups **Strengthen Relationships**: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations. **Take the Lead**:Generate Quality performance reports and scorecards. Make available Adhoc report used for reviews and presentations **Qualifications**: - 2+ years experience in Performance Reporting and has an understanding of the quality reports - Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 80% - Flexibility when it comes to work schedules - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge in Excel and Macros - Knowledge in Power BI, Power Query and DAX
