We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Site Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficient IT partnerships and uninterrupted IT support for users in North America and Latin America. In this position, you will bridge the gap between Global IT Capability Teams and Business Units, enabling them to meet evolving business demands in the region. You will serve as a technical representative, overseeing hardware procurement and installation at various sites, working closely with operations teams to develop strategic plans that drive execution and enable successful delivery. You will analyze and resolve business issues, effectively collaborate with internal and external IT service providers, and actively support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Additionally, you will oversee regional IT communication with Business Units, proactively sharing information and actively seeking input. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as an IT business partner for IT capability teams and regional businesses. - Coordinating and administering end-to-end regional IT communication channels. - Working with Business stakeholders to understand and document Business Unit requirements. - SUPPORTING Regional and Global IT project rollouts in the North America and Latin America regions. - Assisting in the escalation and resolution of existing incidents and SUPPORTING troubleshooting problems according to agreed processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - SUPPORTING or coordinating IT operation maintenance and excellence for North America and Latin America sites. To be successful in this role, you will have: - A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field. - At least 5 years of general experience in similar roles. - Advanced English level.
