Accountabilities Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Promotes a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment. Works closely with all units within the Business Line, business/country users, and team members to understand business processes and user requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Participates in system implementation by defining business requirements, developing test strategies and cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, developing conversion and implementation strategies, verifying conversions, providing user documentation and training, and supporting post-implementation activities. Engages in the full development lifecycle of business solutions, including analysis, defining requirements, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support. Develops cost-effective applications to meet business objectives by analyzing requirements, providing technical specifications, and maintaining programs according to standards, ensuring high availability, integrity, and reliability. Implements new systems or enhancements by reviewing code, establishing testing procedures, developing implementation plans, and providing post-deployment support and training. Provides technical guidance and reviews to team members through walkthroughs. Stays current with technological trends, self-teaches new technologies, and understands the division’s business and technology strategies. Independently resolves complex problems by applying financial, business, and technological knowledge, conducting research, and liaising with users. Manages multiple projects or leads sections of large projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress. Tracks work assignments, status, and reporting; configures automation test cases. May provide off-hours support for regulatory reports. Offers business and technical support to application users, including queries, issues, and training. Supports production applications, servers, and related maintenance activities. Supervises junior staff and assists project leaders or managers as needed. Considers the bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions. Ensures operational, compliance, AML/ATF, sanctions, and conduct risk controls are effective and adhered to.
