Responsibilities would include creating quarterly and annual hiring plans, reviewing and challenging recruitment and HR-related systems, content and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Recruiter and excellent knowledge of sourcing and HR tools and techniques. Ultimately, you will ensure we hire qualified people who help us achieve our business objectives. If you have the DNA we are looking for, we would like to meet you! * Responsibilities* - Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process - Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms - Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices **Requirements**: - Work experience as an HR Analyst or a Full-cycle Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter, a staffing agency recruiter or Freelancer) - Hands-on experience with Recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Management Systems - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews) - Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Ability to organize skill assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc) - Experience with social media recruiting - Human Resources Management or relevant degree **Key Skills** - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail - Negotiation Skills - Self-Managed - Technical skills - Proactive - Team Player **Benefits** - The work in a fully remote team on a truly international level - Part of a strongly scaling business and market - Working with highly innovative tools and systems of a modern, fully digital business - High degree of independence and responsibility - Lots of training and system support - Excellent work-life balance - Regular Performance Reviews with your personal development plan - A good income with an average development
