Job Title: Machine Learning Operations Specialist About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our machine learning operations platform is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to our customers, monitoring platform performance, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements. Your contributions will extend beyond issue resolution to include the creation of knowledge base materials and training resources, empowering our customers to optimize their use of our platform independently. Main Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting, identification of root cause together with the Engineering team, and issue resolution. 2. Platform Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance and collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Knowledge Base Creation: Create knowledge base materials and training resources to empower our customers to optimize their use of our platform independently.
