Key Accountabilities: - Apoyar a la fuerza de ventas en los offsets de cartera y apoyar al HUD en USA en la recolección de soportes de pagos de clientes.- Participar en el proyecto para replicar la nueva forma de trabajo del equipo SBS en eCash, reutilizar la herramienta en Colombia e incrementar el Hit Rate en COPAC.- Revisar las remesas con el equipo comercial y preparar la compensación.- Prestar soporte en la preparación y revisión de las compensaciones manuales. Conditions: - Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 am a 05:00 pm- Modalidad Híbrida (ubicación: Bogotá) Qualifications, knowlegde & skills: - Ser estudiante avanzado de carreras técnicas o tecnológicas como Ingeniería industrial, Administración de Empresas o afines.- Estar habilitado para realizar práctica en modalidad de aprendizaje SENA.- Disponibilidad por un periodo de 6 meses o 1 año.- Estar registrado en la plataforma del SENA (CAPRENDIZAJE).- Inglés básico/intermedio (no mandatorio)- Conocimiento básico en herramientas digitales.- Competencias: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, Compromiso, Proactividad, Trabajo en equipo, Atención al detalle y Orientación al logro.
