For over 20 years, we have been the people and technology behind the world’s biggest brands, empowering human potential through our artificial intelligence division, Laivly, and driving change for our client partners through actionable insights and analytics. **About the Job** We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Analyst to support streamlining data collection and data reporting to serve the Insights needs of IntouchCX and its clients. **As Senior Analyst, Business Analytics, You Will** - Design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions - Provide insights to Ops department on the trends, values, and attributes that emerge from the reports and analyses done - Support research projects, ad-hoc analyses and client-specific inquiries from a data/business analytics perspective - Identify opportunities to analyze and slice and dice the different data sources available - Use data to explain the root cause behind issues **Requirements**: **As Senior Analyst, Business Analytics, You Have** - Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant technical fields - 5 years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role - Experience with Tableau, Python, R shiny or other visualization tools - Previous experience designing visually compelling presentations - Previous knowledge of BPO industry is preferred - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) - Exceptional analytical skills - Strong ability to organize and pull insights from data sets (which can be large and/or incomplete) - Experience in data analysis with statistical methods and tools - Strong expertise in Python for data cleaning, variable transformation and data analysis - Any and all personal information collected is held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with all applicable Privacy Laws._
