Your Community The business development team is responsible for acquiring and engaging recruiters across 20+ source markets. Their responsibilities include: 1. Driving student demand through our network of recruiters 2. Generating revenue from recruiter subscriptions and student placements 3. Expanding revenue streams through product sales like accommodation, financial services, and travel 4. Identifying and launching new revenue opportunities to increase overall income Your Position As the Account Manager, you will focus on growing our business with Education Agents and Recruiters. This role requires you to be based in Bogotá, Colombia, with valid authorization to work there. Your Impact - Manage a portfolio of Recruiters connected to Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and surpass student enrollment targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Recruiters, supporting their sales strategies. - Ensure excellent service delivery and experience for the Recruiter network. Your Backstory - At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to agency or indirect recruitment models for international students. - A proven track record in successful sales, especially in indirect sales management. - Experience in nurturing customer relationships and proactively understanding their business needs. - Knowledge of the international student market, including its opportunities and challenges. Your Contribution - Implement regional sales plans in collaboration with your manager. - Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within your Recruiter portfolio. - Achieve and exceed enrollment goals. - Serve as the primary contact for Recruiters. - Respond promptly to inquiries and maximize lead conversions. - Prepare performance reports as needed. - Represent Adventus at events and exhibitions. - Lead activities related to Recruiter engagement and student recruitment in your region. - Manage relationships with Recruiters, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to SLAs. - Monitor competitor activity to stay informed about market dynamics. - Comply with all relevant policies and legal regulations, including health and safety, anti-discrimination, and anti-bribery laws. - Maintain operational alignment with corporate policies and strategies, ensuring legal compliance.
