As a **Payment Operations Specialist **at SmartHop, you will have the opportunity to lead our customers “the truckers” to success. Utilizing our technology to improve every aspect of our customers' business. Our team of experts ensure operations run smoothly from start to finish. You will be in charge of: Generating payroll reports for our carriers Collection efforts for Dispatch, Lease, Factoring and Fuel programs Building receivable reports for each program Sort and bill loads to carrier factoring companies Follow up with underpayments and resolve pending issues Finding the best solutions to resolve payment issues with customers and for customers Special program reconciliations Your role is vital because you are the engine of our operations, the decisions you make will affect the overall success of not only our customers but our company as well. Most importantly, you're tasked with the challenging role of looking after the company’s revenue and collections. Your expertise will be needed for technological improvements, and your role will drive the success of our technology’s implementation in the real world.
