Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational sense, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently. This role will help drive successful outcomes within our account teams, manage tasks and projects, and ensure the execution and communication of all owned responsibilities. Responsibilities : Project Management and Team Coordination : Provide necessary support to team members to ensure account level success. Manage client action items and deliverables, marketing calendar updates, and promotions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment. Ensure successful execution, organization, and communication of all owned responsibilities, projects, and tasks. Client Marketing Calendar and Promotion Schedule : Own the clients marketing calendar and promotional schedule. Ensure successful execution, organization, and communication with all stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with agency objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Special Projects : Oversee the distribution of creative deliverables to all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. - Support the onboarding of new business, coordinating initial project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure a seamless transition. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and organize necessary information, ensuring new clients are set up for success from the start. Other Requirements : Dedicated Workspace : Ability to work from a productive, professional environment free from distractions. High-Speed Internet : Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless video conferencing and data-heavy tasks. We offer a stipend for it! Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or client visits (estimated less than 5% of work time). Self-Starter Attitude : Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a structured but remote environment. Time Zone : Elumynt is based in Central Standard Time and requires your virtual presence between 9 : 30am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Time Commitment : Availability to work full-time, defined as at least 40 hours per week. Time Tracking : Reliable use of time tracking tools to log work hours with accurate task and client details on a weekly basis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to convey ideas, instructions, and project updates clearly to team members and key stakeholders. Flexible and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience with design is a plus! This is not a creative role but the ideal candidate will be able to communicate with designers and other creatives.
