We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive network support specialist who can provide top-notch assistance in various areas including network infrastructure, Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365 services, and server administration. "> Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise network issues - Support and maintain Palo Alto firewalls - Administer and support Cisco switches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects - Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams - Provide expert support for Windows desktop environments - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users - Manage and support mobile devices using MDM solutions - Administer and maintain IT service management tools - Support and configure Windows, Apple iOS, and Android devices in a corporate environment - Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services - Manage user identity and access through Azure Active Directory - Monitor M365 service health and investigate incidents - Support hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD - Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance and threat protection policies - Assist in tenant-level configuration and license management - Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments - Knowledge virtualization infrastructure using VMware vSphere/ESXi - Knowledge in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud services in Microsoft Azure - Understanding security tools such as Tenable Nessus and Cortex XDR - Knowledge in automating system administration tasks using Ansible and scripting - Work with teams on regular system updates and patch management - Ensure compliance with industry best practices - Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed - Translate technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia with a hybrid work location model (2 days in office, 3 days at home).
