**Job title**:PSP Leader Copac** - _Location: Bogotá, Colombia _ - _Job type: Permanent _ About the job **Our Team**: - _Responsible for monitoring patient programs, creating and leading strategies to improve adherence and patient education on pathology and the healthcare system. Ensuring strict compliance with quality guidelines and standards, service, compliance, corporate policies and local regulations. _ - _Seek excellence in all PSP activities through a cross-functional approach, identifying opportunities for simplification and optimization to create a harmonized and efficient execution and quality environment for patient program activities _ **Main responsibilities**: **MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP**: - Lead a multidisciplinary team for the design, approval and implementation of adherence improvement and patient education projects. - Oversight and coordination of external service providers, through which patient programs are operated. Follow up on compliance with the indicators agreed with the provider and follow up on action plans when there are deviations. - Protect and ensure patient confidentiality through direct information management with system stakeholders, avoiding leaks and handling by unauthorized third parties. - Lead in the local design of information management procedures between PSP and Commercial, in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. **MANAGEMENT & REPORTING WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STEAKHOLDERS**: - Attends Business Unit case follow-up meetings and participates in the resolution of cases in conjunction with the involved areas and the PSP provider. - Lead barrier tracking and reporting meetings with the Business Units. - Analyze and report important causes and developments that impact adherence and therefore the business. Lead joint work plans for the resolution of these barriers. **QUALITY SYSTEMS AND DASHBOARDS** - Ensures the adequate recording and measurement of the Management indicators of the various processes of PSP and prepares periodic reports, useful for the internal customer, allowing decision making identifying areas of opportunity for improvement in order to define action plans. **RESOURCES & GOVERNANCE** - Budget and resource planning and management in partnership with Finance - Review and ensure that the supplier billing and invoicing process is accurate and timely. - Ensures that Sanofi PSP governances, processes/policies as well as available regulations and laws are strictly applied by internal customers and PSP Provider. **TRAINING & CAPABILITIES** - Supervises and coordinates the continuous training (onborading and annual training) of the employees inactivities relates with PSP, including training in policies and procedures About you - **Experience**: _Previous experience in Project Management in a strategic management position. _ - **Soft skills**: Strategic thinking, decision making with good criteria, effective and high impact communication, teamwork and cross-functional cooperation - **Education**: _Professional in the area of Health or Administrative. _ - **Languages**: English intermediate level Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
