Production Leadership Role At a production plant, we are looking for a leader to oversee the execution of activities. This role is responsible for ensuring effective execution, maintaining high-quality products, and meeting customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising manufacturing areas, with a strong background in production engineering or industrial engineering. They will be responsible for managing resources, monitoring machine preparations, and ensuring the efficient use of raw materials and supplies. Key responsibilities include: - Managing resources within the production plant, monitoring machine and equipment usage, and ensuring the efficient use of raw materials and supplies. - Accompanying machine preparations, auditing procedures, and ensuring operators have everything needed on time and correctly. - Monitoring activity execution, ensuring adherence to procedures, meeting production standards, and manufacturing products according to customer requirements and quality specifications. - Transferring production information into the ERP and ensuring timely material transfers. - Ensuring product identification, scrap classification, over-sizing control, non-conformance segregation, and proper treatment. - Managing product and raw material inventories, finding solutions for low-rotation products, and avoiding financial provisioning through timely actions. - Leveraging leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure safe work practices, execute safety programs, prevent accidents, conduct BBS and 6S audits, and maintain a clean and organized workplace. - Developing operators through training, guiding new operator onboarding, and managing personnel training. Requirements: - Professionals in production engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience supervising manufacturing areas. - Experience working rotating shift schedules per week, 8-hour shifts, morning, afternoon, and night shifts. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. - Knowledge of production indicators. - Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards. - Proficient in Office (Excel-Word-Power Point) and ERP.
