**Job Title: Customer Experience Representative** **MISSION**: Working to find solutions for customers in all situations, ensuring they don't leave without a solution. Providing the best possible experience while supporting our FSR's in maintaining, expanding, and gaining new business. **Outcomes**: Calls: Receive 10-15% of all inbound calls a day and leave key information as notes on each call. Sales Channel: Pick up at least 5 requests a day during the first three months and progress to 8-10+ requests per day. Quotes/Orders: Write and/or process 6-8 quotes/orders per day from any source during the first three months and progress to 12-15 quotes/orders per day. Follow-ups: Maintain the customer up to date on their orders by keeping track of their OOQ and/or Tickets. SOPs: Follow the established processes and reach out for help and/or guidance when a situation falls outside the SOP.
