Who is the Koltiva Customer Success Officer Customer success Officer is Responsible to implement sales initiatives, to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensure excellent service standards, maintain customer satisfaction across all our web and mobile applications, onboard new clients, support users, and manage small-scale projects What are the key responsibilities of the Customer Success Officer Sales and Business Development Implement end-to-end sales processes in Colombia, including leads generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and client onboarding, with a focus on business development. Drive adoption and usage of new products and features, actively engaging in business development by ensuring clients utilize the full suite of offerings. Customer Relationship Become the client’s day-to-day strategic advisor who understands their business challenges and can communicate the positive business outcomes of working with Koltiva. Assist customers and users with their questions, inquiries, and complaints through emails, calls, and other communication channels. Account and Portofolio management Manage customer account portfolio, understanding usage patterns, renewal dates, and expansion opportunities, while actively seeking further growth. Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution for regional projects Saas and Product Enabling Responsible for handling client success and satisfaction, managing Software as a Service (SaaS) projects, promoting the product's value, and strengthening the company's business presence and value in Colombia. Support product/feature handover process from the development team to business users, including specific user training in the field. Proactively offer solutions and resources to enhance the customer experience. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer and user support through consistent service excellence and follow-up. Assist in the process of translating documents and product requirements to ensure clarity and relevance. What are the requirement of the Position? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field Technology savvy, with knowledge of mobile and web applications. Minimum 3 years of experience as a customer success, account manager, project manager, or salesperson from a software service company. Familiarity with various agricultural supply chains (e.g. cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber) and previous work with smallholder producer organizations is advantageous. Strong self-management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and adaptability to remote workflows across time zones. Previous experience in tech startups in a multinational environment is a plus. Flexibility for occasional travel, with the ability to represent the organization professionally during in-person meetings, workshops, or events. Strong organizational and intercultural skills to adapt seamlessly between remote work and on-site engagements when needed. Proficient in Office365, especially Teams , Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent in English and Spanish languages. Portuguese is a plus. How do you apply?
