A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment. **About the role**: The marketing coordinator will directly develop, manage and guarantee execution of marketing strategies with a broad remit from marketing mix execution and SEUM strategic development, including market/consumer/end user research, brand positioning, marketing plans and its execution. This role provides direction and business guidance to regional Kerry sales teams through the coordination and preparation of important customer engagements, trade exhibitions & conferences, marketing materials and trade advertising. **What would you do?**: - Network and collaborate across multiple Kerry functions to create and execute a marketing strategy for the region. - In conjunction with Commercial teams and RD&A;, design and execute a strong and relevant product portfolio and collection to improve hit rate and strengthen our pipeline. - Work in close collaboration with the commercial and finance team to build strong trade marketing campaigns to drive growth with our existing customers and build solid partnerships with new customers. - Develop strong unique value propositions and insight messaging; build and present solid and persuasive presentations to customers and other stakeholders. - Drive knowledge and expertise of prioritized channels to drive opportunity across Sub region - Lead the planning process for developing and execution activities. - Prepare reports/presentations and make recommendations to management regarding strategic initiatives, market issues, challenges and opportunities. **What will you need to be successful?**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food science, or related field. - 3 or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Food and Beverages industry, B2B companies - Effective influencing and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams - Desirable fluent in English - Business related travel required (50% of the time)
