As a Hunter, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding the company's client portfolio, and exceeding monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and attracting new clients. - Expanding the client base and volume of businesses created. - Exceeding sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing customer value. - Demonstrating product value through consultative sales methodology. - Negotiating with key decision-makers in complex sales cycles. - Tracking opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or digital business. - Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies. - Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
