Job Opportunity Seeking a professional to manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and consistency across all locations. - Oversight of provider compensation, productivity, and related processes, procedures, and policies. - Preparation of analyses for the growth and optimization of Provider compensation programs. - Manage compensation and benefit programs, maintaining SOPs across all locations. - Support and maintain job & compensation architecture in Workday, collaborating with People Operations. - Conduct FMV valuation processes, including benchmarking, audits, and policy updates. - Perform cost analyses related to Compensation and Benefits, providing recommendations for adjustments. - Manage incentive payments as per provider contracts and programs. - Review and validate compensation payments and invoices. - Coordinate communication and processing of bonuses, working with HR and Payroll. - Manage provider contracts and lifecycle. - Prepare regular compensation reports, including provider compensation calculations. - Collaborate with Recruiting and Talent Delivery on documentation updates. - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration. - At least 2 years managing Compensation and Benefits programs, preferably in healthcare with legal, contracting, or financial experience. - Advanced knowledge of job architecture, job pricing, incentive plans, merit processes, and HRIS workflows. - Knowledge of relevant regulations (FLSA, 409A, Stark Law, etc.). - Workday HCM experience is a plus. - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word. - Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
