About the Role As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality and process improvement initiatives in production. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures. - Develop and pilot non-conformity mitigation plans. - Communicate quality metrics and non-quality costs to stakeholders. - Utilize quality tools to solve issues (Root Cause Analyses, PFMEA, etc.). - Perform internal audits on products and processes. - Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and manage Foreign Objects Damage (FOD) in production. - Maintain Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and quality databases. Requirements - Engineering degree with technical background. - At least 2 years of experience in production environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Flexibility regarding working shifts. - Good command of English. - Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100). - Problem-solving quality tools (A3, 8D, Ishikawa). - Internal auditor qualification (advantage).
