About us we are insider, a b2b saas company that drives growth for its clients around the world. our platform connects data across channels, predicts future behavior with ai, and individualizes experiences from a single platform. you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of our platform across strategic client accounts. as a solutions architect, you will collaborate with internal technical teams, product managers, and customer stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions tailored to the client's business and technical requirements. role expectations: - you are expected to bring a strong technical background, based on hands-on experience. - you should be able to read and interpret api documentation, work with front-end technologies (html, css, javascript), and understand data flow and system architecture. - you must be comfortable managing multiple technical onboarding projects in parallel and driving results across diverse stakeholders. we expect from you: - proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of saas platforms. - proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior it leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts. - strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments. - technical knowledge with cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices. - knowledge of one or more of the following t...
