Join our swarco team as project manager (m/f/d) **location**:bogotá | **columbia | fulltime** your challenge as project manager, you will be responsible for new projects. in this position you will: - manage urban and interurban megaprojects related with design, installation, commissioning and service of traffic management systems & public transport management systems - be responsible for profit and loss of specific projects- prepare and implement comprehensive project plans- - ensure a positive work environment, further develop and enhance the company cultureyour profile- previous certified working experience for more than 12 years and as project manager for at least 8 years- - hands on experience in traffic light systems, intelligent traffic systems, control operation centers, security & surveillance centers or similar relevant field- - experience with international megaprojects related to infrastructure.- - bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or traffic engineering, or transport engineering, or informatic or telecommunication engineering, or related.- - card and/or professional registration in the required cases, issued by the corresponding entity for such purpose.- - pmp certification, pmi- - postgraduate degree in project management, traffic engineering or related- - excellent organizational, leadership and time management skills- - outstanding communication skills in spanish and english- - superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills- - problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis- - willingness to tr...
