Fast growing real estate investment firm is seeking a super sharp, rockstar outside sales manager that can produce results, close deals and increase revenue for the company. as an outside sales manager, your primary role is to assist in generating revenue by handling seller leads calls, appointments & follow up, assisting the company in acquiring contracts to purchase residential property on behalf of the company. **roles and responsibilities**: - meet with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash. - go to appointments on time, build rapport with sellers, negotiate with sellers, overcome objections and secure contracts - capacity to negotiate a deal with sellers to get contracts signed and increase company revenue. - must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects and update all communication inside company crm (podio). - must be motivated to bring in outside business (i.e. self generated leads) - go to properties and video the property and take pictures of the property and upload folder to company drobpbox folder. - develop relationships with real estate agents to get pocket listings/leads before they go on the market. - must be a team player and get along with the other staff. - must use the crm (podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed. **requirements**: - 2+ years sales experience, preferably outside sales (i.e. face to face meeting/negotiation) - proven track record in sales, meeting or exceeding company goals - experience cold calling - must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license - kn...
