We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented ux designer to join our team at s-advancio-inc. as a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive and accessible solutions that meet both user and business goals. key responsibilities: - collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs. - conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. - create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and/or mobile platforms. - iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing. - advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. - work closely with ui designers and developers to ensure a seamless implementation of design solutions. - maintain and contribute to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ux design or a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing ux work, proficiency in design tools like figma, sketch, adobe xd, or similar, and excellent communication and collaboration skills....
