Ta senior manager, global talent acquisition, processes implementation (ats) and data analytics are you passionate about finding high-impact talent and building strong pipelines across latin america? at ricoh , we’re looking for a senior talent acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for it , interns, managed services support, customer service support, commercial and pre-sales roles , while driving innovation in sourcing, employer branding, and hiring strategy. location: bogota, colombia (hybrid – 3 days a week onsite) what you’ll do: lead full-cycle recruitment for 15–20 open positions , closing 8 to 12 hires per month source and engage top talent for strategic roles across colombia, chile, peru, and argentina manage relationships with stakeholders , providing consultative and data-driven recruitment support conduct market mapping and headhunting for niche and senior positions lead multi-country sourcing efforts using both conventional and creative channels use linkedin recruiter (mandatory) and ai-based tools to identify and screen high-potential candidates pipelines manage workflows through sap successfactors or equivalent ats systems support and co-lead initiatives in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and communication strategies what we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing demonstrated success in headhunting, market mapping , and multi-country recruitment strong command of linkedin recruiter (required) and ai tools for candidate screening (e.g., chatgpt, screening bots, smart cr...
