To support our client's development of renewable power plants we're currently looking for a: quality assurance engineer main responsibilities: - ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and operational instructions; - developing and implementing quality management plans and coordination procedures for contracts; - monitoring and validating quality control plans (qcps); - supervising non-conformity (nc) resolution, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions; - gathering and implementing lessons learned; - collecting and analyzing key performance indicators (kpis); - conducting quality meetings to assess ncs, qcps, and kpis; - performing supplier and contractor audits (ii party audits) to verify quality management system (qms) compliance; - supporting hseq audits (i and iii party); - managing documentation within document management systems (dms); - ensuring smooth provisional and final handover to o&m;; - promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. reporting structure: - functionally reports to: project manager. - hierarchically reports to: area qae. requirements - bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; - qms certification and knowledge; - 5+ years in renewable construction industry (quality, construction, or engineering department); - fluent english (spanish and/or italian preferred); - valid driver’s license; - software knowledge: microsoft office, sharepoint, dms. soft skills - experience in global and matrix organizations; - multidisciplinary and multicultural team collaboration; - autonomy in handling multiple ...
