what you will do
- developing analytical and reporting database tables to facilitate subscription and promotional offers performance tracking through efficient querying of large databases;
- produce reports and tableau dashboards summarizing pertinent metrics and equipping various stakeholders with information for decision-making;
- apply quantitative analysis on complex data to support the insights team in efforts to understand customer behavior and impact of promotional offers;
- ensure data accuracy through conscientious data collection and monitoring, development and execution of quality control processes, investigation and resolution of anomalies;
- respond to a wide variety of ad hoc requests from finance, marketing, distribution, product, etc.;
