About this role : the executive assistant will uphold the agency’s core beliefs and is responsible for delivering the best in class work. must be collaborative, passionate, creative and support diversity and inclusion efforts. responsibilities serve as executive assistant for multiple members of the executive leadership team. manage executives calendars, including scheduling appointments independently as necessary. arrange complex and detailed travel plans, including securing visas. compile and process executives expense reports. maintain timesheets for executive team timely and accurately. may direct the preparation and distribution of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for executive meetings. maintain confidentiality of knowledge gained through interaction with executives. work effectively with all agency departments. handle some executive personal matters. any tasks as assigned. skills/qualifications: excellent communication skills both, written and oral strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously must be proactive/take initiative must be proficient microsoft office with an emphasis on powerpoint & excel bachelor’s degree in communication or journalism a plus engaging, resourceful, motivated, balanced and team player strong problem solving skills and detail oriented able to function in a fast paced environment mac/pc proficiency highly organized...
