**key responsibilities**: - conduct regular 1:1 health and wellbeing support sessions, tailored to individual needs and incorporating various psychological/therapeutic techniques. - facilitate engaging group coaching sessions covering diverse topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and team cohesion. - design and deliver psycho-educational training sessions for employees, fostering knowledge and self-management skills. - be prepared to handle emergency situations with composure and confidentiality, ensuring employee stability and appropriate follow-up. - foster trust and engagement through visible presence and proactive interaction with employees. **additional tasks**: - collaborate with the wellbeing team lead and colleagues on strategic initiatives and activities. - participate in team meetings, training sessions, group presentations and reporting duties. - contribute to the development of innovative activities to enhance employee wellbeing. **requirements**: - at least a master's degree in psychology/counselling/psychotherapy discipline or related field. - excellent written and spoken english skills (b1 level) - minimum of three years of supervised client-facing clinical experience, including group sessions. - membership or practitioner status with a regulatory association in medellin/colombia - hold a document/tarjeta professional de psicologos from colegio colombiano de psicologos - commitment to continuous professional development and supervision. - strong organisational and prioritisation skills. - ability to thrive in a multicultural en...
