Full job description we are hiring call center agents you will be answering outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries. responsibilities and duties: - answering outbound calls - deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product - sell products and place customer orders in the computer system - identify and escalate issues to supervisors - provide product and service information to customers - research required information using available resources - route calls to appropriate resources - document all call information according to standard operating procedures - recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls - upsell products and services - other duties as assigned qualifications and skills: - fluent english speaking - 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment - knowledge of customer service practices and principles - excellent data entry and typing skills - superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills - ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately - should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone energy campaign **salary**: 11,200 cop/hr days of operation: 5 days a week up to 40 hours a week. **job types**: full-time, permanent education: bachelor's (preferred) experience: call center representative: 1 year (preferred) language: english and spanish (preferred) pay: $11,200 per hour...
