General summary- this role is responsible for providing service and support to itk team in construction, pre-commissioning,- commissioning, startup and performance test, overseeing the installation of equipment, systems or units at site- and in an early stage during engineering. ensure all is working according to specifications and meet the client’s- needs and expectations. it may also offer advice on improve upon operational issues and procedures. they will- also investigate, diagnose and repair faults as well as creating and conducting test procedures.principle duties & responsibilities- producing the commissioning program / plan / schedule- define commission team requirements (manpower and other resources) to perform the different tests required and all material, facilities, tools are on site- participate in the key design reviews such as p&id;, equipment layout, and hazop to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities- coordinate with other stakeholders on the project regarding commissioning- lead subcontractors in testing and troubleshooting- ensure a safe working environment at site- enforce the nec, osha, ul, ieee, api, isa, iec and other industry standards- provide service leadership, guidance, and support at site to operation- review and complete all required documentation scope within required timeline- provide leadership and mentoring to service department team- supporting engineering and technical projects by analyzing designs- review as-buit drawing on site- ensure construction company deli...
