1 week ago be among the first 25 applicants dm setter – instagram & tiktok (of creators) hours: full-time, 6 days/week about us creator society helps of creators grow their pages using marketing, paid ads, and content strategy. we currently manage 30+ creators and offer two programs: • a $100/month skool community for those earning under $2k/month • a high-ticket partnership for creators earning above $2k/month this role is all about qualifying and booking those calls. what you’ll be doing • log in to agency instagram and tiktok accounts daily • answer 100+ inbound messages/day from creators • follow the exact script (no selling in dms – just booking calls) • use our “qualification questions” to tag them as qualified (>$2k/month) or unqualified (<$2k/month) • schedule calls directly into our closer’s calendar • keep dms clean, organized, and on-brand • follow up with leads who ghost or ask to “think about it” • log all convos into our airtable or crm you must be • fluent in english (written, casual tone) • fast and organized with dms (speed + clarity is everything) • able to follow exact scripts without going off-brand • comfortable texting women who are onlyfans creators — most are u.s.-based • coachable, consistent, and good with routine work • have dm experience in sales, influencer work, or customer support • are familiar with instagram/tiktok messaging systems • understand of industry or creator economy • can handle 150+ convos/day when needed compensation (local + above market) structure amount base salary $600–$800/month (in-person, full-time) target output 8–12 qual...
