Communities.tech and its family of companies (kt black services) are seeking devop engineer to join our growing software team. **primary responsibilities**: - **infrastructure-as-code**: author, review, and maintain terraform (or equivalent) modules covering networking, compute, storage, and security. - **ci/cd ownership**: design and manage end-to-end pipelines (build, test, scan, deploy, verify, rollback) using github actions or aws codepipeline. - **aws administration**: configure and optimize ec2, alb, iam, s3, cloudwatch, auto scaling, and route 53 in accordance with best practices and cost targets. - **observability & incident management**: implement logging, metrics, and tracing solutions; conduct post-incident reviews and remediation. - **security & compliance**: enforce least-privilege iam, mfa, secrets management, and secure network architectures. - **process automation**: eliminate repetitive operational tasks through scripting (bash, python, go, or node) and pipeline integration. - **documentation & knowledge transfer**: create clear, version-controlled runbooks and architectural documentation; mentor developers on infrastructure best practices. **qualifications**: - minimum **two (2) years** of hands-on experience administering production workloads on aws, with significant ec2 exposure. - demonstrated ownership of **ci/cd pipelines** from conception to production rollout. - strong **linux systems expertise**, including networking, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - solid understanding of aws security controls (iam, kms, vpc design, key ...
