SERVICE ADVISOR - HONDA

Description we are seeking a full-time candidate for a position as an established, long-serving service advisor. candidates must have a flexible schedule as the service department is open monday to saturday. candidates will need to be reliable, missing time away from work only hurts the overall production of our team. the candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates for parts and labor, as well as maintaining detailed records of work performed and customer feedback. providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role, including addressing customer concerns regarding scheduling and car maintenance. effective communication with service technicians about customer needs, new products, and suggestions for additional repairs is essential. additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. rewards: medical, dental, and vision plans paid holidays start accruing paid time off (pto) from day 1! long-term disability employer paid life insurance automatic enrollment in 401(k) retirement plan vehicle, service, and part discounts this position has the full capability to make an approximate range of $70,000-$100,000 per year. this position is performance based, as the candidate will need to meet or exceed base line expectations on a monthly basis. please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position. qualifications: service advisors must hav...
