About the role as a virtual events coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing virtual and in-person events that showcase our company's expertise in building exceptional teams in latin america. you will work closely with our ceo to manage logistics, guest outreach, and on-the-ground (or on-screen) hosting. - plan and execute webinars, dinners, meetups, and nearshore hiring seminars. assist in managing event calendars, booking venues, coordinating guest lists, and promoting events through various channels. key responsibilities: - coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, calendar coordination, and guest list management. - invite and confirm high-level attendees. - collaborate with our marketing team to promote and brand events. - support hosting duties during live events and zoom webinars. - handle thank-you emails, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination after events. - maintain an event calendar and support recurring engagement opportunities. requirements: - at least 2 years of experience in coordinating virtual and/or live events. - excellent communication and written english skills. - strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with executives. - familiarity with tools like zoom, google calendar, eventbrite, and notion. - ability to work flexible hours across time zones when needed. preferred qualifications: - experience with linkedin marketing, email campaigns, or crm tools. - event planning background in b2b, saas, or tech community spaces. - based in colombia or ...
