Job description we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a solution engineering leader. the successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic knowledge, documenting competitive patterns, and sharing expertise with the community to drive change and escalations in competitive selling strategies. the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microsoft technologies and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive integration solutions for industry flavor. they will work closely with local account and marketing teams to shape strategic win and customer success plans and tailor them to audience needs using knowledge of microsoft offerings and broader market trends. the solution engineering leader will also be responsible for monitoring market patterns and delivering feedback to business groups on trends and needs. this role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and growth. required skills and qualifications - bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. - 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. - advanced sales methodologies, such as challenger sales. - experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. - certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., office 365, power bi, azure architect and development exams). benefits we offer a c...
