Personal data protection specialist lead we are seeking a seasoned personal data protection specialist lead to join our team. as a leader in proactive privacy protection, we help security teams reduce their human attack surface by continuously monitoring and removing exposed personal data (pii) from the open web. this data is often used by threat actors to launch social engineering, phishing, deepfake, doxxing campaigns, physical threats, and identity fraud. our detailed privacy reports, continuous monitoring, and expert support ensure ongoing protection. about the role the privacy operations team at deleteme delivers timely and high-quality service to protect our members. as a team lead for the privacy advisor team, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of privacy advisors who focus on helping members remove their information from the internet by auditing personal data, managing requests for its removal, and communicating this information in a timely and accurate manner. - coach and mentor a team of privacy advisors, continuously monitoring performance and delivering people development. - ensure the onboarding success of new privacy advisors. - assist in round-robin assignment of privacy reports to team members. - own kpis at the team level, ensuring both quality and quantity of work completed. - lead projects to deliver improvements to the team and broader privacy operations organization. - manage escalations from vip customers. - act as a 'culture ambassador,' driving team engagement by empowering team members. - coordinate with the engineering team...
