System administrator role this is a critical role that involves the administration, maintenance, and support of our core collaboration tools and it infrastructure. we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator who can ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience. - administer and support core collaboration tools, including google workspace, slack, and m365 - manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls - develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and processes - administer and maintain the company intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible - troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools and it systems - bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science - 5+ years of experience as a senior systems administrator or similar role - strong knowledge of google workspace administration, including gmail, google drive, docs, and other core services - strong knowledge of slack administration, including user management, channel management, and integrations - experience with okta for identity and access management - experience with microsoft 365 administration, sharepoint online, teams, and onedrive as a system administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to achieve business objectives. you will have opportunities to learn new technologies and skills, work on challenging projects, and contribute to the growth and development of the organization. we are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from qual...
