Job summary: we are seeking a highly skilled senior application specialist to join our team. this role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of bakery products, industrial processes, and formulation development. they will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, providing technical services to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. key responsibilities: - project management: proven time and project management skills, including independently navigating projects from start to finish and acting as a project leader in teams. - technical expertise: high-level knowledge of bakery, focus on industrial bakery & mixes, ingredients and their function, develop formulas, plus their respective process. - customer intimacy & technical partnership: strong understanding, communication, and contribution to business strategy at a local, regional, and global level, including visiting customers and presenting technical information and texture design concepts. - leadership: mentors trainees and more junior scientists, demonstrates ability to lead a cross-functional team, inspires and builds confidence in others to achieve targets. requirements: - minimum 7 years working experience focus in bakery products. - at least 2 years' experience as a project leader in interdepartmental cross-functional team roles. - strong communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary. academic qualifications/b...
