Job opportunity puig is a major player in the worldwide fashion and beauty industry with a wide portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. as a commercial field supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our brands image and sell-out results in travel retail points of sale. you will ensure the perfect execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient sales team and pos management. key responsibilities: - manage sales teams assigned to our brands per door/retailer - define monthly sell-out targets and ensure sufficient stock levels - collect and analyze monthly sell-out feedback - recruit, onboard, and train new team members - monitor retailer's invoices on sales teams and conduct performance appraisals - conduct regular tracking of competition and implement effective strategies to stay ahead - create team building activities and educate on grooming guidelines - transmit business strategies to teams and adapt training programs accordingly requirements: - 4-5 years of experience in similar functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. - degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar discipline - excellent command of spanish and english, both verbally and in written - strong communication and interpersonal relations skills - high organization, time management, and priority setting skills - multicultural sensitivity/awareness to maintain positive relations with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds - analytical s...
