Job opportunity we are seeking a skilled process efficiency specialist to join our data & process automation team. this role will be responsible for optimizing business processes, documenting requirements, and identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiency. you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate key processes, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional member experiences. main responsibilities: - analyze, document, and optimize business processes to enhance performance. - develop detailed documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and user stories. - collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - design and implement automation solutions using rpa tools (e.g., uipath, automation anywhere). - conduct data analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - create and maintain process documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment. - support cross-functional teams in deploying automation initiatives and process enhancements. - provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new process improvements. to succeed in this role, you should have: - bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process automation. - hands-on experience with rpa tools such as uipath, blue prism, or automation anywhere. - proficiency in creating process maps, flow charts, and technical documentat...
