Job overview the talent acquisition analyst role is responsible for delivering best-in-class recruiting strategies and services to the organization. the position involves full life cycle recruiting, building partnerships with hiring managers, influencing stakeholders, developing sourcing strategies, and operating with a focus on diversity and inclusion. this position can be based in bogota, colombia, and will report to the head of talent acquisition for the lac region. the incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours and expect to work on a hybrid style 3 days a week in the office. this is a contractor position for a project of around 6 to 12 months. - recruit top technical talent candidates for various skill and experience levels. - develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and research methods to attract viable candidates. - partner with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs, capabilities, and knowledge requirements. - provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences. this position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time. required skills and qualifications - 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree. - proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of people. - successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard-to-fill roles, and diversity. - strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, in...
