This position is responsible to provide on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. this includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. responsibilities: ~ manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. ~ the ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. ~ the ability to utilize a smart phone for our pool ops mobile platform. ~ the ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office. requirements: ~ a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. ~ no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check). ~ the ability to lift up to 100lbs. ~ high school degree hours: ~ the work week will consist of 30-50 hours with some weekend work. bonus: ~ this position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. ~ depending on how many pools you have done during a pay period will have an additional bonus. benefits: ~ a company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals. ~ paid vacation will be received following a qualifying period. salary: ~ based on experience and knowledge, pay will range from 11-15 an hour....
