Get ai-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. estimated start date: july 2025 department: usps track and trace at root logistics , we are looking for a highly organized and proactive usps load tracking & management coordinator to join our team. this person will be responsible for real-time tracking supervision, incident resolution, and document verification of all usps shipments nationwide. monitor usps freight movement from pre-pickup to final delivery using the tms system. perform proactive status checks (8, 6, 4, 2 hours and 45 minutes before each pickup/delivery). immediately report any incident or delay to escalation contacts. communicate with drivers to confirm eta, ensure proper documentation (bol, pod), and verify seals and routes. escalate and follow up on delays using tools such as “nass codes” for direct contact with usps facilities. apply the color-coded tracking protocol (yellow, blue, light purple, green) for visibility on status sheets. send accurate and timely reports to the appropriate usps email contacts. • proven experience in freight tracking, dispatching, or logistics coordination, preferably with usps or similar systems. • solid knowledge of tms platforms and freight documentation (bol, pod). • high attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure situations. • availability for real-time monitoring and after-hours support when needed. • fluent in english (spoken and written) to interact with drivers, clients, and internal teams. • advanced excel skills and document management experience. why join root logistics? at root logistic...
