About Veho About The Role: We are searching for a Corporate Accounting Principal to own Veho’s operating expenses and balance sheet accounting. This role will be responsible for the general ledger recording of our main operational expenses, including software and rent, as well as key balance sheet accounts such as cash reconciliation and fixed assets. Additionally, the role will drive process improvements in our close process. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Accounting. Responsibilities Include Record monthly operating expenses and reconcile all Veho bank accounts Collaborate with Facilities team to ensure proper fixed asset accounting Coordinate with our real estate team to ensure proper ASC 842 lease accounting Support internal reporting and reconciliation processes Assist external auditors and professional service providers as needed Help finance understand monthly financial results and variances vs. plan What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 6+ years of experience in US GAAP Accounting Experience with NetSuite preferred Experience in physical goods or logistics business is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Proven data-driven problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate and persistent about operational excellence Veho offers a growth-oriented environment with a generous ownership package, a casual work culture, a diverse and inclusive environment, and opportunities for professional development.
